Road Cleanup
1:00 Sunday, September 30
Time for fall cleanup on our 2 mile stretch of Cty 15
Either meet at Chilkoot Cafe to ride out together at 12:30 or meet at the intersection of Cty 4 and Manning (Cty 15)
 Lunch provided by the club at Chilkoot Cafe after we're finished
We had a great turn out for the spring cleanup and finished it in record time.

Postponed meeting due to schedule conflicts and will meet sometime in the near future
 
Jackson Meadow Cross Race

Mike discussed the event budget worksheet.  Detailed costs and income from 2011 were compared with projected numbers for this years race.
We expect fewer riders because our date was changed to Sunday, the day after the Green Acres race.
No on-line registration this year due to lack of riders taking advantage of that option last year.
The start/finish will be moved into the "neighborhood" to encourage more interest from JM residents.  We will also distibute flyers throughout JM to let residents knows about the race and help nuture interest in our event.
Free registration for all club race day volunteers
We feel our race has been a big success in the past and our goal this year is to fine tune and tweak a few things to both draw more spectators and improve the appeal to the racers.
Steve (Volunteer Coordinator), Randy and Mike will meet Wednesday September 12 to discuss various volunteer duties.
