Saturday Trainer Group

Come join us at Chilkoot Cyclery each Saturday at 9am from now until Spring.  We are dedicated to having a good time on our trainers/rollers once a week until we can get back outside.  Keep those legs turning this winter.
Each session is one hour long, and will be some kind of specific workout that we all do.  Ex. hill climbing, leg speed, or intervals.

Be setup and ready to go at 9 am.  Bring:
Bike trainer or rollers.  Some workouts its optional to raise the front wheel of your bike to simulate climbing.  This doesn't work on rollers, but the choice is yours.
