Chilkoot Velo Cycling Club's Year End Celebration

Existing and New Members are invited to bring a guest. Food and soft drinks are "on the club". The Taco Buffet option from their Axeman Meal selection will be served. Cash bar for alcoholic beverages.

Axe throwing coaching will begin promptly at 6pm, with an 8-throw high-score competition available for all who want to give it a try!

A year-in-review survey will be circulated soon, with a brief summary of findings presented at the gathering... most likely giving us plenty to work on prior to the 2022 riding season!

As an added benefit... it will be Daylight Savings day... so you'll get an extra hour to recover!

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED, together with pre-payment of each existing and new member's 2022 dues ($30), existing and new members' guests are free (1 per member).  There is a limited capacity of 125, which I feel we might reach, so early registration and payment would be advisable; plus we need to commit to the meals 14 days prior to the event date!

(NOTE: We are now using "Cheddar Up" (in lieu of PayPal), an online payment system new to us, but not new to several local non-profit organizations. No special account or app is necessary, and we can also collect Liabilty Waivers, Shirt Sizes, etc. at the same time as payments if necessary!).
